Parties – Terms and conditions

At The Big Tops Children’s Play and party centre we offer a great range of parties for all age groups up to 12 years.
All of our parties include reserved tables, invites, party bags, unlimited squash, balloon on your table for the birthday child, private party room.
Just give us your rough number of guests to start, then 2 days before the party inform us of the number confirmed (but we will only charge for attendees on the day over the minimum for that party i.e 10 for classic parties and 20 for supersaver parties)

1.The Big Tops is available for parties at the following times: 9.30am – 4.30pm (last booking). There will be a party crossover of ½ hour. Exclusive use is available on request (Fridays 6.30pm-8.30pm) and is subject to a minimum charge of £350.00 (you can arrange your own food or we can cater at additional costs). Parties are subject to a minimum number of 10 children.

2.Any child attending at party times but not included in party numbers will be charged for at normal play session rates and they will not be allowed to eat in the party room.

3.Socks and long sleeves must be worn when using play equipment. Socks can be purchased from the reception desk if necessary.

4.A £30 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking (£50 for Disco and Characters). Confirmation of numbers must be received at least 48 hours before the party date. We will only charge for the number of children attending over our minimum of 10 children.

5.Injured or unwell children should not attend.

6.”Rules of Play”, which are displayed at reception must be adhered to at all times.

7.Adult supervision by parents/guardians must be to a ratio of 1 adult per 5 children.

8.A Birthday cake is not provided, but should you wish to bring one we will cut it and wrap it to take home.

9.Payment on the day is required by cash or card only .
